FAQ
Who owns the final images?
You do! Complete rights for usage are assigned to you the moment your invoice is paid in full.
How long does it take to complete the shoot?
Most projects are completed within 2-3 business days.
Some of my products are in component form and need to be assembled. Can you do this for me?
Absolutely! Product assembly is invoiced at $40 per hour in 1/4 hour increments.
Will you ship my products back to me?
Yes. Please include a prepaid shipping receipt or a carrier and account to ship your products back. No shipping account? No problem! We will just invoice the shipping cost in the final bill. If you are shipping any prototypes or extremely fragile items, please let us know by choosing the option on our online form. Pack all of your products with care and we will return them in the original packing and boxes when possible.
How are the final files delivered?
Can my products be photographed on any other color than white?
Of course! Our standard pricing includes a clean, white background, but we can photograph or composite your products onto virtually any color or texture. Please contact us with your requirements and we will provide you with an estimate for this additional service.
How do I pay?
We make it simple! Once we have finished photographing your products, we will send you a link to preview the images. This is followed by an invoice that you can pay online via credit card.
What’s the catch - how do you this for such a low price?
No catch. We have over 11,000 square feet of shooting space and multiple photographers. We have provided major retailers with high quality imagery for the past 20 years. It is our proprietary workflow and the use of template photo styles that allows us to be extremely efficient with our time. The internet provides us with the market volume necessary to offer these extremely affordable prices. If your photo requirements exceed the template options within PixSells Direct, we can refer you to our parent company (AGI Studios) for an estimate on lifestyle, food, location and large photo productions.
